Mini Dachshunds … any advise?
I am geting a dachshund … (his parents http://www.dakotadoxies.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=17&Itemid=36 1st one on page) … And are there any websites or stores that would be good things for dachshunds? Heres what I want: * Discount not more expensive than $ 15.00 or a little more. * Small enough to Lilli (my puppy). It will be born April 3 and we'll get his 8th June * Stores should really be inside or near La Crosse, WI * Web sites can be for all types of puppies / dogs, but small enough to Lilli. * We would like a harness, collar, leash, some shirts, a raincoat (Dachshunds do not rain! 
) and a winter coat * Can be Petco, Petsmart, Target, Petedge or iseespot or Barnes and Noble * The health care products, shampoo, food, etc. can and I wish it were approved by ASPCA or someone else. Congratulations on your new baby. We grew up with mini and love them. My first advice is to get a footrest and put near the sofa or a chair, it is very likely to sit. The small disk in the back are very prone to damage and high jump areas such as bed or sofa will make this condition worse. It will save her back later for the train to use the step stool or small dog to raise and lower any chair or sofa. Now for your question. It is difficult to find supplies for small pets, no matter where you live, but I think I can get most of the needs at Dr. Fosters. The link is below. Do that and you have a puppy happy and healthy!;)
