Boarding Kennels = Canine Cough?
Anyone thinking about leaving their beloved pet to Boarding Kennels Yaps, Cairns QLD, DO NOT DO IT! Trying to do the right thing, we left our babies Yaps for 10 days while touring Cape York (National Parks). We were disgusted to find them both suffering from Canine Cough (an untreated!) And won more than 4 kg each during their short stay with Yaps. It cost us $ 600 in boarding costs and veterinary expenses, which they refuse to repay. They also had no intention of telling customers waiting to board their pets, that this highly contagious virus was present. They have not even apologized, or asked how our pets are recovering, and they are reviewing any of their policies. Not a great way to start your vacation when you can not re-board/camp dogs with contagious! Our dogs were fully vaccinated against Canine Cough. For health and safety of your pet Please reconsider leaving your dogs at this facility.
