How to decorate your childs € ™ s bedroom and save on processing invoices

I'm afraid of clowns. The reason I fear that my stepmother loved me.

Before I was afraid of clowns I was afraid of the dark. So, my step-mother (the same as that used on the band love notes to my beauty endless mirror bathroom for my braces, awkward-awkward spots dry-teen) itself located on a mission to bring joy and good night in my bedroom. She slung across Rainbows and googley-eyed Stuffies and crystals hung in the window so that they wake up in the morning with the colors dance.

I had recently broken my edict parents about watching scary movies and snuck in a few in the house of a friend, including one in which a mummy to go hunting missing crystals stolen from his grave. He was going to tear the throats of his unsuspecting victims, then tear their heads. At night, in darkness, my crystals hung as bait in the curtain-rise.

Send in the Clowns.

My stepmother was then purchased a long-legged clown and put on the window sill where it sat observing me with knowing eyes bulging glass. He watched my every move last. After several nights I stuck on a shelf in the closet. The next morning when I opened the doors of the dressing clown has changed positions. I suspected my imagination was at work. But the same thing continued for days. It was a horrible little game. I place it in a very particular and EEK in the morning!, it would be in a completely different. I stayed away at night barely moving, pillows bordered on each side of me Peeping eyes just barely out … Listening to the rustle of the clown moving in my closet … the thud of feet mummy mount the drive.

Of course, it was my stepmother move the clown thinks it rejoice and I felt safe and loved and slept like a baby enveloped in clouds and rainbows. Finally, I stuffed toy deep in the depths of my closet and did not bring up my late teens when something reminding me. I can still handle it in about while doing this.

And just when I was eight.

At night, the road may be long scary for children and parents often unwittingly, with the best intentions, the worse. We believe that we know what we do and sometimes we do, but there is so much information out there and most are contradictory. For my own children I was a big fan of Monster Spray … you know, you fill a spray bottle or a label of an aerosol can with words MONSTER SPRAY and let your child armed to do battle (after a few sprays in the corners yourself as a preventive measure). I just read an article saying that spray is a monster thing terrible … uphold the convictions of your child, monsters, indicating that you believe in them too. Ugh.

However, I am a supporter of emancipation and I, like most children, know that being told that monsters do not exist are not exactly so.

After long we were a little more than animals huddled around fires in caves. In the dark things that roamed wanted you to eat. The only protection we had was the light, and shelter and the other. We have developed reactions of fear to protect us against the perceived evil.

Some causes of fear some physiological responses such as increased heart rate and shallow breathing. During your blood throughout your body and everything goes on red alert, ready for fight or flight. Needless to say that this is not the ideal situation for a good night.
Children need adequate sleep to grow properly. Lack of sleep can affect mood, academic performance, energy level, appetite, and even growth.

In Hygge We believe that the best thing you can do is go to the source. Ask your child what they are afraid. They are probably relieved hand the burden over to you.
Do not think your children are not afraid. They are the least likely to share their night time fears with you because they are embarrassed. Generally, young children are afraid of monsters and things that go bump in the night and older children are afraid of real threats like thieves and other bad guys.

All these concerns can be addressed in how you organize or decorate their room. You do not need to add bows or princesses or aircraft to help your children sleep at night, sometimes the simplest things make all a difference …
and please … no clowns.

Things you can do to alleviate the fears of your child:

Loneliness is a big part of the fears of the night. Every day children are surrounded by other people, parents, school friends, brothers and sisters. If you have several children you may find they prefer to be together in the night. (This course is not always case!) A single child can benefit greatly from the addition of a pet. Even a bird, fish or hamster provides a measure of "protection" and the company.

Sometimes, simply a security blanket or favorite stuffed animal.
My daughter was a large bird that we called The Guardian.

A light at night (or two … or three) can make all the difference. Darkness is big and scary. Push the bed of your child against a wall. Some children hate feeling vulnerable in the open air.

I bet you used to run and jump in bed trying to restore the forbidden zone where anything below could reach out and grab you. Children who are afraid of "under the bed" can enjoy a trundle bed or one that has drawers (you get extra storage that many too much and do not hunt stuffed animals and dirty socks.) Even put a mattress on a platform or directly on the ground can make a huge difference a frightened child.

On the other side of the coin, one of my children always felt better if it was higher, so a loft or bunk bed has always been his choice.

To reduce the fear of the thing-who-hide-in closet, whether your child feeling better with the door open or closed. Making sure to seal the door at night can help, or perhaps your child prefers open shelves. Same with the bedroom door … to see if they are left ajar, all the way, or closed to keep them safe.

Almost all children want curtains over their windows at night. Make sure enough they are quite thick, broad, and perform their duty of confidentiality to offer.

Some items that are wonderful during the day (like crystals in the windows) can be scary at night because of how the dark shadows and distort their appearance or change of direction. Furniture, toys, decorations become suspended in May of disaster after the sun goes down.

Please always listen to your child always.
They want to tell you how they feel, they need your help and protection.

The best thing you can do for your children is to reassure them and ensure they know their thoughts and feelings are valid.

Sometimes at night fears are a reflection of something that really threatens the child. If you think your child's fears are excessive or are symptomatic of a real danger, their talk and get help for them.

A parent concerned and responsive is the best Monster Spray there.
